Prices:

Full-Service Flocking - $40
We will deliver at night, setting up the flamingos (up to 25), and return to get our flock the evening of the event. This also includes a keepsake greeting card for the occasion, and 18”x24” yard sign explaining the event.

• Note: Missing or damaged items (flamingos and sign) will be the responsibility of the customer (not the recipient) at $10 per flamingo, and $45 for the sign.

Do-It-Yourself Flocking - $30
We will have the flamingos ready for you to pick up at the scheduled time the day before the event. You will return the flamingos and sign the night of the event by 9pm. Bring a credit card to cover any damaged or missing items. You must be 18 years old or older. We are not responsible for damage done to your vehicle. This includes up to 25 flamingos, and 18”x24” yard sign.

Areas We Deliver
We deliver free if the recipient lives in Durham. Contact us if you have questions about the area you’re thinking. An option is Do-It-Yourself Flocking.

We must have a grassy area since the flamingos are inserted with metal rods. This includes condos or apartments. If the delivery will be at a condo, apartment, gated community, etc., we will need you to obtain permission from the leasing office, and provide us a copy of this permission with contact info.

Referrals
If two people you refer have a flocking, you will receive 50% off your next flocking.
Please make sure you have them mention your name when placing their order.

How to Place Your Order
Start by filling out the form on the Contact page, checking to see if the date you are requesting is available. Further instructions will be sent to you once the date is confirmed.

Method of Payment
We accept money orders, or credit card via PayPal. In all cases, verification is required prior to service. Payment must be made in full prior to setting up a display.

Message on Sign and Card
An 18”x24” yard sign will display your message, as well as a keepsake greeting card. Look on the "Fun Phrases" page for suggestions.

Weather Conditions
We deliver in most weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone if we feel attempting a delivery would be dangerous (including but not limited to strong winds, hail, snow or ice, lightening, pouring rain, etc.) We hope you will understand and we will contact you to reschedule.

Safety Issues and Policies
• Missing or damaged items (flamingos and sign) will be the responsibility of the customer (not the recipient) at $10 per bird, and/or $45 for the sign.
• Do not attach balloons to the flamingos or sign. Balloons get hot in the sun and can damage the items.
• Do not move or remove the birds. We can remove the display prior to our normal pick-up time with advance notice.
• The flamingos are not toys. Please do not let children near them. The flamingo legs are metal rods, and children can get hurt.
• The flamingos do not support weight. Do not sit or lean on them.
• Protect the birds from damage due to flying debris from lawn mowers, string trimmers, dogs, etc.

Refund Policy
• $10 non-refundable deposit to hold your date and prevent others from booking your date.
• If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery, your money will be refunded to you minus the $10 non-refundable deposit (example: you would receive a $30 refund for a full-service rental).
• Full refund if weather conditions aren't appropriate for the scheduled date (see above "Weather Conditions").

We are Unable to Refund Payment if:
• You give less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.
• You give an incorrect address.
• The homeowner or security officer prevents setting up the display.
• The homeowner or security officer contacts us to pick up the display before the rental period ends.
• We are denied access to a gated community and unable to set-up.
• Dog(s) or nosy neighbors prevent setting up.
• No grassy areas are available in front of the home, apartment, condo, and we are unable to set-up. (We cannot set up a display on concrete or in a rocky area. We must have a grassy area or yard to set up.)
• Other discretionary occurances.
